Jacob DiPietre is the senior director of public affairs at Chick-fil-A, Inc., where he provides counsel to company leaders on issues related to reputation, communications, stakeholder engagement, international expansion, and issues management.

DiPietre joined Chick-fil-A in 2019 after a 14 year career at The Walt Disney Company. While at Disney, DiPietre held leadership roles in communications, external affairs, government relations and corporate social responsibility. Prior to joing Disney, DiPietre served as Press Secretary for Florida Governor Jeb Bush during his second term as Governor (2002-2006). DiPietre also has experience working for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and as a newspaper reporter.

DiPietre holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida as well as a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northwest Missouri State University.

He is an active volunteer in Little League, having spent more than 10 seasons as a Little League coach and board member.

He and his wife, Jackie, live in Atlanta and have five children ages 15 to 5. He and his family are active members of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and together enjoy traveling and outdoor activities.
